Personal-safety platform — end-to-end ownership from React Native mobile delivery to NestJS backend, including enterprise SCIM/SSO identity provisioning and critical/time-sensitive alerting.
- Analyzed SCIM RFCs and designed the enterprise-identity-provisioning solution, personally implementing ~90% of the NestJS backend integration — including migrating missing logic from the legacy .NET/C# service — across multiple vendor-specific SCIM connectors, plus the customer-facing admin panel and its backend APIs.
- Coordinated the SCIM rollout across Design, Product, and QA, and directed contributions from 4 other engineers through customer-facing launches and initial customer calls.
- Diagnosed a Chromium cookie-compatibility regression that broke an Electron app's login flow, then restored compatibility by extracting user cookies directly from SQLite storage and re-injecting them with correct process-start timing.
- Drove the migration of production APIs from .NET to NestJS within a shared TypeScript monorepo, designing REST endpoints and working with geospatial calculations and time-critical notification delivery.
- Implemented and maintained CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, including mobile E2E workflows and custom release tooling, and managed app versioning and store submissions for the App Store and Google Play.
